Previously, Lars was the Director of Operations at the Milwaukee site. With deep expertise in continuous improvement, he consistently drives efficiency, profitability, and quality while maintaining cost control.
Lars has over 20 years of experience in leveraging ERP, MRP, WMS, and virtual visual floor communication solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and strategic decision-making. Lars graduated from Lake Michigan College with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Business/Management.
