Creation Technologies Exceeds Industry Revenue Trends

Electronics Manufacturer remains strong in weak 2002 market; projects 28% growth in 2003

“Despite the adverse market conditions affecting the manufacturing industry, we are very pleased that we maintained our revenues,’ said Geoff Reed, CEO of Creation Technologies. “Our addition of 10 new customers and 60 employees during 2002 further strengthened our competitive position in the medium volume, high-complexity contract electronics manufacturing market. These successes are a credit to Creation’s employees who embrace and deliver on our customer-centric business philosophy.”

The company also announced its’ forecast for 2003 calendar-year revenues of $120 million, a growth of 28% over last year. Additional hiring is also expected as the company looks to add new facilities in the coming year.

“We have a number of potential new customers in Canada and the U.S. and are seeing greater demand from our existing customers as the market starts to rebound,” said Dave Pettigrew, Executive Vice President of Business Development for Creation Technologies. “This is our 12 th consecutive year of positive earnings and we are well positioned to build on this track record in 2003.”
