Adam McFague serves as Creation’s Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the company’s global Human Resources organization with a focus on aligning people strategy to business priorities, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and supporting Creation’s more than 3,000 employees worldwide.
Adam brings more than 30 years of Human Resources experience and a strong track record of aligning HR strategy with business needs, driving operational effectiveness, and delivering practical, results-oriented leadership across complex organizations.
Since joining Creation Technologies in 2022, Adam has held key HR leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of HR for Operations, where he played an instrumental role in supporting global teams and advancing people-focused initiatives that contribute to business success.
