Rob brings 20 years of experience in the EMS industry. A customer-oriented, industry expert with deep knowledge of worldwide market nuances to expand presence and revenue. He has served in a variety of leadership roles in Program Management, Operations and Quality. Successful in developing new business segments and exceptional talent, using a collaborative and developmental approach. Alongside exceeding revenue expectations, consistently mentors and develops leaders.

Rob was appointed to the boards at the Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Energy Association and Merck’s ‘Sustainability Advisory Board’ for external advisors. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas & Tarleton State University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas.
