As Chief Business Systems Officer, Tom is responsible for Creation’s Operations Management System, business process improvement and IT systems.
Tom has more than 30 years of global experience in several different industries including manufacturing, life sciences, retail and financial services, and has served in roles across technology and operations. Tom is a strong believer that good business process drives better overall company systems, which allows Creation to provide the best and most effective customer-oriented services.
Tom has a BS in Computer Science from The College of William & Mary and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
