Sean Lotspeich
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Creation’s CHRO, Sean leads the global Human Resources organization to further our strategic business objectives by building People-centric processes and frameworks; driving an ambitious Talent agenda; and facilitating teammate development and performance management.
Sean brings 30 years of global operations leadership experience, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Planning roles at Hewlett Packard, TE Connectivity, Maxwell Technologies (acquired by Tesla), Bridgestone, and Autosplice.
Since joining Creation Technologies in October 2020 as its VP of Global Quality, Sean has held several other global roles at Creation where he also headed Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Program Management.
He is a magna cum laude graduate from the University of Phoenix with a Business Management Bachelor degree.
