Our approach to both Continuous Improvement and Quality is organic. Both are incorporated into all aspects of life at Creation, and are entirely dependant on heightened awareness and consistent and effective communication.

Our multi-disciplinary Customer-Focused Teams employ a flexible and responsive customer-focused approach.

Our Tailored Product Supply program affords our customers maximum flexibility and goes far beyond build-to-order.

Our cellular manufacturing model is built to reduce muda such as inventory and down-time, focusing on continuous flow of product and process improvements in specially designed workcells.

We have full-time Continuous Improvement Coaches in each of our business units as well as 12 Black Belts and 10 Green Belts company-wide. We put emphasis on ongoing training and development programs for all Creation people, and all of our BUs are certified to ISO:9001, ensuring progress, accountability, and optimum customer service. Using FMEA and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects, quality and continuous improvement merge to form our own Pursuit of Perfection.
