With his strong background in business development and operations management, Doug’s passion is around using business systems to drive exemplary customer service and competitive advantage. Also instrumental in Creation’s acquisition and integration strategies, Doug has been with Creation since 2002.

Ana has a passion for guiding and developing fantastic teams who strive to exceed both customer and Creation expectations. Ana’s energy around connecting people, combined with her experience in supply chain and leadership development, make her a perfect fit for our General Manager —Vancouver.
Ana joined Creation in 2005 and has over 15 years’ experience in the EMS industry with OEMs and EMS providers alike. Ana holds a BA in International Business from the University of Monterrey in Mexico.

Darryl Catellier
Business Systems Leader & Chief Architect
As Business Systems Leader and Chief Architect, Darryl combines his sense of business process with his passion for creative solutions. Graduating from the University of British Columbia with a BASc in Electrical Engineering, Darryl has been with Creation since 1993. Over that time, he’s had the opportunity to apply his analytical and leadership skills across multiple roles and projects, contributing to Creation’s culture and growth.
Darryl’s key focus is on the continuous improvement of business practice to support evolving customer requirements, both internal and external. He gets great satisfaction tackling challenges and solving problems, employing his understanding of ‘big picture’ with his knowledge of the systems that run the business.

An electrical engineer, Pat also holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and joined Creation in 2001.

Dan Dery

Dan joined Creation in 2011 and brings with him more than 30 years of manufacturing expertise across operations, engineering and business development. His experience in the EMS industry includes roles as Vice President and GM at Tier 1 and Tier 2 EMS providers in the US and Mexico. Dan also spent 17 years with AT&T/Lucent where he held numerous manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering-related positions.
Dan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Purdue and an MBA from Duke University.

Our Quality & Lean Leader and Regional Leader, Ron leads Creation’s overall continuous improvement efforts, responsible for driving out waste and improving quality across all Creation business units. Starting in the Creation Milwaukee operation in 1983, Ron eats, sleeps and breathes ‘Lean Thinking in Action’, and has helped to transform Creation’s manufacturing and supply chain processes.
A certified government CAT C instructor/examiner, ISO 9000 assessor, and Six Sigma black belt, Ron’s leadership and quality expertise enable us to think outside the box to provide unique and effective solutions to our customers.

Edwin Fok

Edwin thrives on building high performing teams in times of growth and change. He finds it most rewarding when he can align overall company strategy to team and individual objectives. Edwin has more than 20 years of financial management experience in various industries and different-sized organizations.
Edwin is a Certified General Accountant, obtained his Bachelor of Administration degree from Lakehead University and a MBA from the Segal Graduate School of Business at Simon Fraser University.

Sandra Hayes

Sandra’s ability to lead cross-functional teams at all levels makes her a perfect fit as General Manager of Creation’s Dallas business unit. With over 15 years of experience in program management and customer service across the Electronics industry, Sandra excels at providing coaching and direction to achieve exceptional customer service and team fulfillment. Her passion lies in building relationships that endure.
Sandra holds a BBA from the University of Michigan, Stephan M. Ross School of Business. She joined Creation in 2007.

Andy Hyatt
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Andy is responsible for the strategy and execution of new customer acquisition and business growth for Creation, as well as Creation Design Services. He comes to Creation with 20+ years of EMS experience, having held leadership roles in Operations, Program Management and Business Development with Tier 1, 2 and 3 EMS providers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Economics from George Fox University and an MBA from Portland State University.
One of the most attractive aspects of the EMS industry for Andy is the extensive interaction with customers that happens throughout the organization. It is that interaction where relationships are developed and learning occurs.

Stan Krzyczkowski

Stan is proud to say he was the second person hired by Creation’s founder in 1991 and therefore one of the original 32 ‘Creationites’. As a young finance student, he worked the summers alongside some of the same production associates who work here today.
Stan later found his way into business development and then into various key leadership positions. He has over 20 years of Electronics Manufacturing experience.

Mark Krzyczkowski
General Manager—Mississauga
Mark has been with Creation Technologies since 1992. While most of his early career with Creation was focused on leading the Product and Test Engineering teams, he has also held key leadership roles in quality, IT, and account management. Growth in the Ontario operations led Mark to move to Toronto in 2002 where he now leads the Mississauga Business Unit.
Mark graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering.

Jeff had previously championed and set the direction for Creation’s Quality program, Environmental Policy and After-Market Services offerings. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Chemical Engineering) from McMaster University.

Our General Manager—Santa Clara, David has honed his operations and business development expertise in such diverse roles as general sales manager, vice president of business development and account management, and director of program management.
With years of experience in both the electronic distribution and contract manufacturing industries, David brings valuable insight to our executive leadership team. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.

Charles Ma

General Manager of Creation’s Changzhou business unit, Charles has been with the operation since it opened in 2004. To Creation - Changzhou, Charles brings his diverse experience in Engineering, Quality, and Operations & Program Management, gained through 13+ years in the electronics industry with such companies as Black & Decker, Wong’s Electronics, and Flextronics.
Charles is a firm believer in the value of both mental and physical exercise, and can often be found reading and playing badminton. An Electronics Engineer, Charles also holds an MBA from the University of Ballarat, Australia.

Kevin's intercultural expertise in Asia and North America makes him a natural fit as co-General Manager for Creation’s Changzhou business unit. Helping to lead Creation’s strategy in China, Kevin uses his skills and creativity to build and strengthen relationships with customers and people across the organization. He loves working with emerging leaders, helping them grow into increasingly challenging roles.
Kevin’s diverse educational background includes a BA in Intercultural Studies, an MBA from Queens School of Business and a CMA designation.

As Vice President—Supply Chain, Dory is responsible for the alignment of Creation’s supply chain partnerships and strategy. To Creation, Dory brings unique insight developed over two decades in the high-tech industry in leadership roles spanning the value chain. His expertise managing strategic relationships in electronic components distribution, contract manufacturing and at OEMs makes him ideally suited to lead Creation’s Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Leadership teams. Joining Creation in 2004, Dory has a passion for technology and has successfully fused it with his supply chain expertise to create innovative solutions.

Sergio Quiroz

Our General Manager – Mexicali, Sergio has more than two decades of experience in manufacturing environments, the majority of which he’s spent leading an EMS maquiladora (manufacturing operation) in Mexico. His passion is in building relationships with his team, customers and partners that exemplify his deep commitment to family.
Sergio is a bilingual and bicultural leader who holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Mexico, and a Specialty in Executive Business Management from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey.

Barry Shapiro

Joining Creation in 2012, Barry brings over 30 years of diverse experience and business management to his role as General Manager – Lexington. Barry has held roles ranging from Vice President of Operations and Quality at Hatteras Networks, Operations Director at EMC, to General Manager roles at Tier 1 EMS providers. His industry expertise includes telecommunications, infrastructure, industrial controls, servers and data storage with EMS implementations in North America, Asia and Europe. Barry holds an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mark Stephenson

As Vice President—Design Services, Mark leads the Creation Technologies Design Services business unit in providing expert, integrated and flexible design solutions to all Creation customers. Mark has over 20 years’ experience in Design and Development in the Medical Device, Aerospace, Industrial, Scientific Instrumentation and Health & Fitness industries. Mark has been instrumental throughout his career in developing and leading multi-organizational teams in operations, R&D, sales & marketing and finance.
Mark is a strategic thinker and has led global implementations of transitional Lean Flow business process coupled with Six Sigma methodologies. He holds an MBA from Canterbury University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kennedy-Western University and is a Six Sigma black belt. He also has other formal training in Personnel Management & Team Building, Project Management, Budget Management, FDA, GMP, MDD, QSR, and ISO9000. Fun fact: Mark was a collegiate athlete and ranked world skier.

Faiyaz Syed

To the role of General Manager – San Jose, Faiyaz brings his passion for engineering elegant and innovative solutions to complex business processes through data analytics and modeling. With the Santa Clara operation since 2002 and with EMS experience from Tier 1 through Tier 3, Faiyaz’s leadership experience spans supply chain, engineering and operations.
With an eye for building mutually beneficial and lasting relationships, Faiyaz can also always be counted on as the handyman and enjoys building almost anything. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University.

With Creation since 2010, Kathy’s diverse background in Business Development, Marketing and Customer Service spans the EMS, Metal Finishing, Telecommunications and Transportation industries. As Creation’s Vice President of Business Development for the Central Region, Kathy draws on her professional expertise serving others to help deliver the tailored solutions to Creation customers that are key to mutual success in the electronics industry.
Drawn to Sales and Marketing since high school, Kathy is an entrepreneur at heart and loves spending her time offering business mentorship to her community in addition to helping lead Creation’s Business Development team. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Lakeland College. Kathy resides in Wisconsin.

Arthur has over 28 years of leadership experience in an extensive range of leadership roles with emphasis on executive leadership, manufacturing, information technology, operations, marketing and finance.
An accomplished scholar, Arthur holds an Honours Diploma in Financial Management, is a Certified General Accountant and is also a graduate of Advanced Management Programs from the University of Southern California and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. Long a believer in the importance of community involvement, Arthur is actively involved with multiple charitable organizations and activities.

Mike Walsh

Mike started with Creation Technologies in 1997 in the capacity of VP Finance and has served as CFO since 2000. Mike graduated with a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
Mike provides strong leadership to our Accounting, Finance and Administration teams. He also primes our legal requirements and is instrumental in our merger & acquisition activities.
