As a certified trainer of leadership programs such as Crucial Conversations and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Dan shares his expertise and experience throughout Creation. As People & Culture Leader, he is also focused on improving engagement through Creation’s Wellness, Recognition and Health & Safety programs. Dan is a mechanical engineer and holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Our EVP Global Supply Chain & Asian Operations, Doug is responsible for the strategic direction of Creation’s global procurement and manufacturing proposition. As Creation’s CIO, Doug drives the optimization and integration of business systems solutions across Creation.
With his strong background in business development and operations management, Doug’s passion is around using business systems to drive exemplary customer service and competitive advantage. Also instrumental in Creation’s acquisition and integration strategies, Doug has been with Creation since 2002.
Patrick Ciriacks
Regional Leader - Central
As Regional Leader – Central, Pat shares his 25+ years of experience in engineering, operations, supply chain and program management. His real passion, though, lies in innovating and building relationships, so his responsibility for Creation’s Design Engineering and Leadership Development is an ideal fit.
An electrical engineer, Pat also holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and joined Creation in 2001.

Ron leads Creation’s overall continuous improvement efforts, responsible for driving out waste and improving quality across all Creation business units. With the Creation Milwaukee operations since 1983, Ron eats, sleeps and breathes ‘Lean Thinking in Action’, and has helped to transform Creation’s manufacturing and supply chain processes.
A certified government CAT C instructor/examiner, ISO 9000 assessor, and Six Sigma black belt, Ron’s leadership and quality expertise enable us to think outside the box to provide unique and effective solutions to our customers.

Debbie Gillies
Director of Marketing & Customer-Focused Teams
Debbie’s responsibilities include all facets of Marketing plus the ongoing performance of Creation’s customer-focused business model. Prime for customer satisfaction, she is instrumental in acquisitions and internal communications and drove the implementation of Creation’s environmental Compliance Assurance Strategy.
Debbie has over 2 decades of marketing experience in both Canada and Europe. She holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

General Manager - Lexington
Now our General Manager – Lexington, Greg brings his prior experience as President and VP Manufacturing of our newly acquired Lexington operations. Part of the business unit's leadership team since 1999, Greg has over 20 years of manufacturing experience and is focused on continuing the location’s tradition of manufacturing excellence within the Creation Business Unit model.
Greg holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. "Creation’s Core Values and Customer-Focused Team environment allow us to build strong relationships with our customers. These core values build trust and assure long-term solutions for our customers."
Andy Hyatt
Executive Vice President - Business Development
As EVP – Business Development, Andy is responsible for the strategy and execution of new customer acquisition and business growth for Creation. He comes to Creation with 20 years of EMS experience, having held leadership roles in Operations, Program Management and Business Development with Tier 1, 2 and 3 EMS providers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Economics from George Fox University and an MBA from Portland State University.
One of the most attractive aspects of the EMS industry for Andy is the extensive interaction with customers that happens throughout the organization. It is that interaction where relationships are developed and learning occurs.

Brian Johnson
General Manager - Milwaukee
Brian's strong background in operations and finance makes him an ideal fit for the role of General Manger of our Milwaukee Business Unit. With the Milwaukee operation since 1990, Brian held the roles of Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer before becoming the Operations Leader in 2003 when the location became part of Creation.
Brian’s analytical skills combine with his enthusiasm for developing people, creating his passion around understanding and capitalizing on the unique strengths of individuals in a team environment. Brian has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing industry and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stan Krzyczkowski
General Manager - Burnaby
One of the original employees of Creation Technologies, Stan is proud to say he was the second employee hired by Creation’s founder in 1991. As a young finance student, he worked the summers alongside some of the same production associates who work here today.
Stan later found his way into business development and then into various key leadership positions. He has over 17 years of Electronics Manufacturing experience.

Mark Krzyczkowski
General Manager - Mississauga
Mark has been with Creation Technologies since 1992. While most of his early career with Creation was focused on leading the Product and Test Engineering teams, he has also held key leadership roles in quality, IT, and account management. Growth in the Ontario operations led Mark to move to Toronto in 2002 where he now leads the Mississauga Business Unit.
Mark graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering.

As Regional Leader – Northwest and our Vancouver Business Unit’s General Manager, Jeff combines his 20+ years of experience in engineering, sales, manufacturing and leadership development with his passion for building community and environmental sustainability.
Jeff gets great satisfaction in working with others in developing strategy and together taking action towards a common goal. Jeff had previously championed and set the direction for Creation’s Quality program, Environmental Policy and After-Market Services offerings. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Chemical Engineering) from McMaster University.

Jim brings his diverse manufacturing experience in supply chain, business development and operations to the role of General Manager - Chicago. With the Chicago operation since 1976, Jim has always felt that success is built upon strong communication with a focus on relationship development. Charles Ma
General Manager - Changzhou
General Manager of Creation’s Changzhou business unit, Charles has been with the operation since it opened in 2004. To Creation - Changzhou, Charles brings his diverse experience in Engineering, Quality, and Operations & Program Management, gained through 13+ years in the electronics industry with such companies as Black & Decker, Wong’s Electronics, and Flextronics.
Charles is a firm believer in the value of both mental and physical exercise, and can often be found reading and playing badminton. An Electronics Engineer, Charles also holds an MBA from the University of Ballarat, Australia.

Long drawn to the business of manufacturing, John’s experience is multi-faceted, spanning manufacturing management, program management and manufacturing engineering.
John’s 20+ years of expertise, combined with his passion for people, make him an ideal fit as the General Manager of our newly-acquired St. Peter Business Unit. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University Mankato.

Bill joined the Creation family along with Creation - Santa Clara in December 2008, and has led the business unit since it opened its doors in September 2001. Prior to his role as General Manager - Santa Clara, Bill has held financial and general management positions in the semiconductor, networking and contract manufacturing industries. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Duncan’s strong background in process and relationship development provides great leadership to our Toronto Business Unit. In addition to his responsibility as General Manager, Duncan leads Creation’s Process Engineering team.
With Creation since 1999, Duncan holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.

Keith Russell
Regional Leader - South & General Manager - Dallas
Keith brings to Creation a wealth of leadership and electronics manufacturing experience built upon 20+ years of experience in the industry. With a strong background in business and operations management, Keith also applies his technical expertise to drive success as Regional Leader – South, and as General Manager of our Dallas Business Unit.
Passionate about developing long-term business solutions and relationships, Keith plays a key role in defining Creation’s overall growth strategy. Keith graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and has been with Creation since 2006.

Arthur Tymos
President & CEO
As Creation’s President & CEO, Arthur’s passion around enriching lives is evident in Creation’s culture of entrepreneurship, integrity and respect. Arthur’s belief in innovation is central to Creation’s strategic vision, where differentiators such as Lean Thinking in Action and our responsive business unit model provide solutions designed to delight our customers.
Originally joining Creation’s Executive Leadership Team as Chief Operating Officer in 2001, Arthur was promoted to President in 2002 and assumed the additional responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Arthur has over 28 years of leadership experience in an extensive range of leadership roles with emphasis on executive leadership, manufacturing, information technology, operations, marketing and finance.
An accomplished scholar, Arthur holds an Honours Diploma in Financial Management, is a Certified General Accountant and is also a graduate of Advanced Management Programs from the University of Southern California and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. Long a believer in the importance of community involvement, Arthur is actively involved with multiple charitable organizations and activities.

Mike Walsh
Chief Financial Officer
Mike started with Creation Technologies in 1997 in the capacity of VP Finance and has served as CFO since 2000. Mike graduated with a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
Mike provides strong leadership to our Accounting, Finance and Administration teams. He also primes our legal requirements and is instrumental in our merger & acquisition activities.
